During February and March several huge opportunities have presented themselves to us. These opportunities will impact heavily upon many areas of the business in incredible ways.
These developments have forced us to re-think IP significantly as it has dawned on us just how much bigger the IP opportunity is than any of us could ever have had imagined.
Due to the size, scope and overall card base of some of our new partnerships we have been forced to escalate massive upgrades to our server capacities and structure with immediate effect.
This means that IP will be inaccessible to all IPs or further registrations for a period which could last up to 2 months.
Apple / Android and Blackberry Apps are in development, as well as new functionality for CBC, CBP and IP. This is in addition to a brand new IP site which will work to ensure better conversions and more profits for all as a result of these new partnerships and all we have learned.
In the meantime you can still refer new customers to cashbackcard.com in the usual manner and will receive your £10 spend bonus as soon as your customers have collected their first £20 cashback.
When you log in to CBC you will now find that you and everyone else can now register all of their existing bank cards for cashback collection. This presently makes it easier for us to track online spend and will shortly mean the ability to collect cashback using any of your cards at Cashbackpoint merchants.
We will of course keep you informed as these developments go live and throughout the entire process.
Until then, be assured your genealogies are intact and that new members who may wish to join the new programme as IPs register as customers of yours within CBC as soon as possible. They will not be able to join IP during this time however they can .get themselves into position..
Regarding any vouchers currently in your voucher bank we have merchants and various online partnerships in place to start promoting your vouchers from when the phone APPs are ready.
Because the IP site will be inaccessible during this period you won.t be able to track your commissions on down-line voucher sales therefore all current IP balances (even if they are under £50) will be transferred into CBC cashback balances during week commencing 2nd April 2012.It also means that as of today all commission from voucher sales have been suspended.
No further commissions will accumulate in IP from Monday the 2nd April, until the new system and site goes live and for the avoidance of doubt the current IP marketing plan has been discontinued with immediate effect. This is not as dramatic as it first sounds however we want to state it here to ensure we are not barraged with questions. It will be back soon!
We look forward to bringing you a bigger, better, faster and way more profitable IP system and site very soon. That being the case we encourage you to ensure you have the right people linked to you as cashbackcard customers before this process begins.
